The quality of the pergola is amazing and it has completely changed the way we use our backyard. What used to be an empty outdoor space now feels like a proper extension of our home.

The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. The structure feels sturdy and well-built, and once installed, it became an impressive focal point of our outdoor living area. We've already received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors asking where we purchased it.
Another thing we love is how functional it is. Beyond providing privacy, it adds shade during the day and creates a comfortable gathering space for evenings outdoors. The pergola has essentially given us an extra "room" outside that our family uses every day.

I added the sliding glass doors and curtains to my pergola, and they've made such a big difference during the hot summer days. They keep the space much more comfortable, and I love being able to adjust the shade whenever I need to. The curtains glide so smoothly on the track, too. I'm really happy with the whole setup!

Super impressed with the Faux wood slates. Made from aluminum and painted like wood. Very cool looking and really looks like wood but should last for years.
Very well constructed. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed how easy and sturdy the flexpatio is. Everything was packaged very well, lots of foam and cardboard to dispose of.
Love the shade for blocking the sun and also keeping the inside of the house cooler since the sun is no longer coming in with the help of the Pergola. But again, there is a 1" gap at the bottom for bugs to get in and when we put the screen back up it hangs down about 1" rather than retracting all the way in like new.
It came out better that I expected, had some missing pieces initially but was quickly resolved, wish the LED lights were a little bit brighter, remote came with no instructions had to figure it out on my own, but overall the backyard is now the family's favorite location, have gotten many compliments from neighbors, summer days and nights have just gotten 100 times better
Ordering and delivery was exceptional. The guys I hired to put it together were very impressed with the quality and directions. They were saying that they were going to look into buying them for themselves and recommend them to their customers. The screens give more shade than I had even hoped for, and the LED lights and power station being included was a bonus! So far- very happy with my decision!
So far, I've had an excellent experience with flex patio delivery in shipping was prompt and also it was very very professionally. I have the pro series love. It would highly recommend it. I'm planning on ordering the glass side walls as soon as possible to enclose it and some shades again. I can't say enough about this unit. It is sturdy, it's clean, it's neat looking. Our purchase of your louvered panels worked perfectly! We used them with a wood frame to create a privacy screen on our back patio. The panels are beautifully crafted, sturdy, and worked perfectly for our project. This was exactly what we were looking for, and we're very pleased with the final result.

Underneath stayed dry during some rain. The lights are great, I only wish that it had a warm light setting, but to me, it not enough to take anything away from the review. I do have this on my deck. Everyone has loved it

We put up our pergola here in coastal North Carolina. It completely changed how we use our backyard. We finally have a nice shaded spot to relax and enjoy the view.
The best part is not having to cover the furniture or bring in the cushions every time it rains. My husband, who's in his 60s, built it mostly by himself and said the instructions were easy to follow. We added a strip of weather seal where it meets the wall and that stopped a little bit of dripping.

I was super excited to be invited as one of the first FlexPatio beta users. After a hurricane last year destroyed our old patio cover, we hadn't installed anything new until I found this. I ordered the 10x13 model with 6-inch posts, and it arrived 11 days later. Since I wanted to run the electrical wiring underground, I hired a local contractor for the installation. They had it fully assembled in just 5 hours. For me it didn't seem too hard to DIY either. The only thing that took a bit of time was getting the motorized shades paired with the remote correctly. My kids and I love how the pergola turned out.
The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very patient, we talked for over 20 minutes, and I also received a bunch of helpful follow-up emails from their team. They offer a 100-day trial, full refund if you're not satisfied, which gave me the confidence to place the order. Once it arrived, I knew right away I wouldn't be sending it back. Shipping was quick since the warehouse is local in PA. Came in 9 boxes, all in perfect shape.
They recommended an installer they work with here in PA, which saved me a lot of hassle (and money).
Now I spend nearly every evening under the pergola. There's a built-in outlet where I plug in our mosquito repellent. Once the heater is restock, I'll definitely be adding it to the setup. Very happy with it.
