We offer a warranty on our pergolas. Here's a summary of the warranty coverage:

Our return policy allows you to return a product within 100 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

We currently do not offer in-house installation services directly. However, we have partnered with a professional installation company called HandyBuddy. You can visit their website at this link to check pricing and see if they provide service in your area.

With our snap-lock design and pre-assembled parts, four adults can finish installation in about 2.5 hours—no contractors or special tools needed. Optional side walls take 30–40 minutes to install with 2–4 people.
