We recently installed a FlexPatio pergola in our backyard, and it has completely transformed our outdoor space. Our primary goal was to create more privacy around our hot tub, and this pergola delivered exactly what we were looking for.
The design is modern, sleek, and high-end looking. It blends perfectly with our patio and immediately makes the entire area feel more like an outdoor resort than a backyard. The added privacy has made our hot tub much more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without feeling exposed to neighbors.
The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. The structure feels sturdy and well-built, and once installed, it became an impressive focal point of our outdoor living area. We've already received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors asking where we purchased it.
Another thing we love is how functional it is. Beyond providing privacy, it adds shade during the day and creates a comfortable gathering space for evenings outdoors. The pergola has essentially given us an extra "room" outside that our family uses every day.
Installation required some effort, but the final result was absolutely worth it. Looking back, this has been one of the best investments we've made in our home and outdoor lifestyle.
I added the sliding glass doors and curtains to my pergola, and they've made such a big difference during the hot summer days. They keep the space much more comfortable, and I love being able to adjust the shade whenever I need to. The curtains glide so smoothly on the track, too. I'm really happy with the whole setup!

Ease of installation was a very big plus for me. You get what you pay for and this is an expensive product, but after it's all said and done, I'm extremely pleased with how everything transpired.
Super impressed with the Faux wood slates. Made from aluminum and painted like wood. Very cool looking and really looks like wood but should last for years.
Very well constructed. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed how easy and sturdy the flexpatio is. Everything was packaged very well, lots of foam and cardboard to dispose of.
Love the shade for blocking the sun and also keeping the inside of the house cooler since the sun is no longer coming in with the help of the Pergola. But again, there is a 1" gap at the bottom for bugs to get in and when we put the screen back up it hangs down about 1" rather than retracting all the way in like new.
Bought this 10x10 to provide shade for the brutal sun hitting my back deck. The manual shades make a drastic difference and shortly after I purchased the slat wall with tv mount became available. Loving this space and almost everything was easy to assemble and contacting support and sales was quick and responsive. I was nervous purchasing an especially after our neighborhood was hit with a tornado but this has already withheld strong winds from severe weather. If I were to buy again the only thing I’d change would be buying the motorized screens.
It came out better that I expected, had some missing pieces initially but was quickly resolved, wish the LED lights were a little bit brighter, remote came with no instructions had to figure it out on my own, but overall the backyard is now the family's favorite location, have gotten many compliments from neighbors, summer days and nights have just gotten 100 times better
Ordering and delivery was exceptional. The guys I hired to put it together were very impressed with the quality and directions. They were saying that they were going to look into buying them for themselves and recommend them to their customers. The screens give more shade than I had even hoped for, and the LED lights and power station being included was a bonus! So far- very happy with my decision!
So far, I've had an excellent experience with flex patio delivery in shipping was prompt and also it was very very professionally. I have the pro series love. It would highly recommend it. I'm planning on ordering the glass side walls as soon as possible to enclose it and some shades again. I can't say enough about this unit. It is sturdy, it's clean, it's neat looking. Our purchase of your louvered panels worked perfectly! We used them with a wood frame to create a privacy screen on our back patio. The panels are beautifully crafted, sturdy, and worked perfectly for our project. This was exactly what we were looking for, and we're very pleased with the final result.

Delivery was smooth and the pergola was very well packed. Assembly went fine with two people, everything fit nicely. Love the finish and lights, only wish the heater had arrived sooner.

All the parts were labeled clearly. The roof louvers took the longest, but everything else was pretty straightforward.
At first, the motorized shades weren’t responding, but customer support got back to us right away and sent over a troubleshooting video. After all we got it done the same day.
